Returns & Cancellations

At Enchanting Aesthetics, your satisfaction and care are our top priority.

Services: All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Products: We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
